Annette Funicello (born Annette Funicello) was an American actress, singer. Her most famous role was as one of Mickey Mouse Club's "Mouseketeers". In her teens Annette began her professional career as a singer and was renowned for the hit song "Tall Paul" and "Pineapple Princess.' The girl was born and raised in Utica, to Italian immigrants, Annette was a shy teenager. She wanted to pursue a career in the entertainment business and quickly turned to dancing and acting. The actress gained fame in the 1950s when she was a part of the "Mouseketeers". Annette's Disney persona faded after she turned an adult and was able to play adult roles. The most well-known is the actor who introduced the "beach-party" category. She appeared in such films like How to Stuff a Wild Bikini, Pajama Party, and"Beach Party.. She also produced music albums. Annette was first diagnosed with MS the year 1992. In 2013, she was diagnosed with MS and died.
